Our commitment
Accessibility statement
Last updated July 20, 2026
ClearAccess Documents exists to make documents accessible, and we hold our own website to the standard we sell. This site is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, headings, and labeled forms throughout.
- Full keyboard operability with visible, high-contrast focus indicators on every interactive element, and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- A light/dark theme control on every page, and we honor your operating system's reduced-motion preference automatically.
- Color choices tested for WCAG AA contrast in both light and dark themes; color is never the only carrier of meaning.
- Accessibility review is part of our release process โ changes to these pages are checked before they ship.
What we deliver to clients
Remediated client documents are machine-validated against PDF/UA-1 (ISO 14289-1) before delivery โ our pipeline uses veraPDF, which checks the same machine-verifiable requirements the industry-standard PAC checker verifies โ additionally test-uploaded against a live accessibility gate, and finally verified by a human operator in PAC 2026 before release. A validation record for the exact delivered file is retained and available on request.
Known limitations
Any interactive demonstration on this site is a simulation for illustration; real document reviews are handled directly with our team. If any third-party service we link to (for example, our payment provider's checkout) presents an accessibility barrier, please tell us and we will pursue it with the vendor and offer you an alternative way to complete the task.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on this site or in anything we deliver, we want to know about it. Email info@clearaccessdocuments.com with the page or file and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days and to remediate confirmed barriers promptly.
